1x Jobs Refund Policy

1x Jobs offers 30-Day Contact Access for $3.99 CAD. This purchase provides access to contact job posters for 30 days.

Purchasing Contact Access does not guarantee that a job poster will respond, that you will be selected for a job, or that any job will be completed.

Because Contact Access is a digital product that becomes available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the access has been used to contact a job poster.

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• A technical issue prevented your Contact Access from being provided and we were unable to resolve the issue.
• You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not used the access to contact a job poster.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

To request a refund, contact Support@1xjobs.ca and include the email address associated with your 1x Jobs account and details of the purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
